reck it all

Lately I've been really into trends from the '90s. Being born during that time, that decade will always be special to me.

I watched this over the weekend.

lars and the real girl.

This movie was decent and heartfelt. I guess at first I didn't really understand it, and once I did, I don't know what I thought. I love Ryan Gosling though.

the truman show.

Interesting concept for a movie. A tv series based around one guy's life since birth, and he's the only one not in on it. It was nice, I guess. I think there's a deeper meaning behind this movie, but I'm too young and ignorant to try to figure it out.

the breakfast club.

literally just finished watching this, for the third time. The Breakfast Club has become somewhat of an American Classic, most John Hughes' films have.
Watch and enjoy.

into the wild.

What an incredible movie. And incredible story. The fact that it's a true story makes it better and yet more sad at the same time. It's pretty long, though. If you don't like to think about life and have a short attention span, I wouldn't suggest you see this movie. I think I teared up at the end. But I won't spoil it for you :)

"Two years he walks the earth. No phone, no pool, no pets, no cigarettes. Ultimate freedom. An extremist. An aesthetic voyager whose home is the road. Escaped from Atlanta. Thou shalt not return, 'cause "the West is the best." And now after two rambling years comes the final and greatest adventure. The climactic battle to kill the false being within and victoriously conclude the spiritual pilgrimage. Ten days and nights of freight trains and hitchhiking bring him to the Great White North. No longer to be poisoned by civilization he flees, and walks alone upon the land to become lost in the wild." - Alexander Supertramp May 1992

never attack a drunk guy with a gun.

Just finished watching Charlie Bartlett starring Anton Yelchin (cutie).

It was pretty good, nothing like a high school movie to brighten your spirits. It kind of reminded me of Ferris Buller's Day Off. Another amazing movie.

the royal tenenbaums.

I watched this movie over a period of three days with a five day break between the first and second day. I was afraid that I would forget the story, but I didn't. Overall the movie was really good. Star studded cast, great characters with dynamic personalities and an interesting plot. What more could you ask for in a movie, right? If you enjoy quirky comedies (such a cliche, I know) you'll enjoy this movie. Yeah, that's all I have to say.
